Meditation Guidance

Date: Sunday, March 29, 2026, 08:00 to 12:00

About the course:

All participants must read Rinpoche's meditation teaching transcripts before the class: "An Introductory Guide to Meditation" and "Meditation Practice and Q&A."

During the class, Rinpoche will lead the practice directly, and there will be time for questions between sessions.

Venue: Oseling Meditation Center Taiwan (No. 166, Lequn Road, Banqiao District, New Taipei City). Enter through the community gate next to the FamilyMart on Lequn Road and walk straight ahead; No. 166 is the second building on your right. Volunteers will be there to guide you from 20 minutes before the class begins.
