The Seven Limbs Workshop

GarTul Chimi Dorjee Rinpoche emphasizes that the Seven Limbs are the foundation of all practice. To help students go deeper into the meaning and practice of the Seven Limbs, we have designed this one-day workshop. In the morning, students will review the transcripts together, discuss them, and share with one another; in the afternoon, Rinpoche will explain the details of the Seven Limbs in depth and guide us in how to truly apply them in daily life.

The Seven Limbs One-Day Workshop

Time:

Saturday, March 28, 2026, 10:00 to 16:00

• 10:00 to 12:00: Student review and sharing
• 14:00 to 16:00: In-depth teaching by Rinpoche

About the course:

1. This is a workshop on the Seven Limbs. Together we will review Rinpoche's earlier five-session Seven Limbs series. New students are welcome to prepare by reading the transcripts or listening to the recordings of the earlier Seven Limbs series.
2. There is no fee. Dharma friends are welcome to make offerings to Rinpoche as they wish.

Venue: Oseling Meditation Center Taiwan (No. 166, Lequn Road, Banqiao District, New Taipei City). Enter through the community gate next to the FamilyMart on Lequn Road and walk straight ahead; No. 166 is the second building on your right. Volunteers will be there to guide you from 20 minutes before the class begins.

Getting there:

1. MRT: Exit 2 of Far Eastern Hospital Station on the Bannan Line, about 900 meters away, a 13 to 15 minute walk.
2. Taiwan Railway: Fuzhou Station, about 1.1 kilometers away, about a 15 minute walk.
3. Nearby parking: the underground parking lot next to No. 77, Heyi Road, Banqiao District (B1 short-term parking), NT$30 per hour.
